No! It’s on hold! But hold your horses, first let me introduce you
  to this quite unknown skyscraper jewel:

  With over a hundred skyscrapers UC on any given moment but less then
  two million inhabitants Xiamen have to be one of Chinas most active
  cities in terms of skyscraper building.

  Xiamen is also one of Chinas most popular tourist destinations and
  one of the four economic “freetowns” set up by te chinese
  government. Not like the red light district perhaps but good enough
  for me -until now, cause Xiamen’s proposed new tallest is put on hold,
  no! Designed by SOM it would(will?) climb 364 meters (1195 feets) and
  serve as post and telecommunications building. Well shit happens, and
  until further information is given let us grief together over this picture:
