Shanghai. Mythical trade center and over a thousand skyscrapers I hardly
  think this city needs any further introduction.

  As the current tallest title holder in Shangai you better get used
  to beeing challenged. For now the title is beeing held by the Jin Mao
  (skyscraper) or the Oriental Pearl (Tower), depending on how you measure,
  of which both will be beaten in 2008 by the Shanghai World Financial
  Center, already under construction. But compared to the envisioned Bionic
  Skyscraper they are all nuthing but matchsticks:

  The Complex, making up a medium sized city has also been envisioned(great
  word isn’t it?)for Hong Kong and is two of about ten or so buildings
  who may come to challenge the Burj Dubai in the future, I’ll keep you
  updated!
